1. RESERVATIONS
The rates listed on Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. web site are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with an operator you will need to contact them directly. We check availability when we receive your reservation request. PLEASE NOTE: You are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation and settle an advance payment of 20%, otherwise we will cancel your reservation. For reservations and payment for hotel deals through our partner HRS apply the terms and the company. (General Terms & Conditions for reservations by HRS)
2. CANCELLATION and NON ARRIVAL POLICY
If you cancel your reservation, once we have confirmed availability and received advance payment, you will be charged 5% bank processing fee plus an additional charge as follows: – If we receive cancellation in writing by email less than 60 Days but more than 14 working days before arrival a further charge of 10% will be made. – In the event of cancellation less than 14 working days the advance payment of 20% will be forfeited. – For some tours we have to apply a slightly different policy and in this case the terms will be clearly advised to you on the booking confirmation.
3. SITE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Third party providers and distributors own much of the content found on this site. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. and/or its third party providers and distributors.
4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all reservations you perform.
5. PRIVACY
As a customer of Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. you are guaranteed complete privacy. All personal data submitted to us will be handled 100% confidentially.
5.1 The agent only collects, processes and uses the customer’s personal data to the extent that the customer consents thereto or a legal provision permits the collection, processing and use of such data. The agent only collects, processes and uses data which are required for the provision of its services and the use and operation of the online portal and/or the services offered on the online portal.

Data are only transferred to third parties to the extent required for bookings/reservations with the provider chosen by the customer or the performance of other services which must be provided by the agent. 6. CONFIRMATION
Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation you transact online. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our customers who use the Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. reservations system.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Yuhpin Tour Co., Ltd. or third party providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or content found herein. The foregoing terms and conditions shall apply to both contract and negligence claims.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
