DAY 1: YANGON - ARRIVAL
Arrival at Yangon international airport. Meet & greet by your tour guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in. (Early check-in depends on official check-in Time and room availability and is not included in the rate.)

DAY 2: YANGON – MANDALAY – MINGUN - MANDALAY
Breakfast. Early morning transfer to Yangon domestic airport for departure flight to Mandalay. Drive to the bank of the Ayeyarwaddy river and board your private local boat to visit Mingun. After disembarking, visit Settawya Pagoda, built by King Bodawpaya in 1811. Then, walk over to nearby Mingun Pagoda (Important note! After the 2012 earthquake in the Shwebo / Mandalay area, on the directive of the local authorities, it is until further notice prohibited climbing up the Mingun (unachieved) Pagoda for safety reasons!) After that, visit nearby Mingun Bell. Finally, stop at Hsinbyume Pagoda. Return by boat to Mandalay.
Afternoon, drive to Shwenandaw Monastery, once the home of King Mindon. Continue to Kuthodaw Pagoda, the 'world’s largest book'. Finally, watch the sun set from the top of Mandalay Hill with sweeping views of Mandalay and its surroundings.Transfer back to your hotel for check-in.

DAY 3: MANDALAY – AMARAPURA – AVA – SAGAING – MANDALAY
After breakfast, transfer to the ancient capital of Amarapura. En route, stop at U-Bein bridge and spanning the Taungthaman Lake. After that, stop at Mahagandayon monastery, residence to approx. 1,000 monks.
First, cross the Ayeyarwaddy river and take a very local ferry to visit Innwa (Ava). A fitting way to visit Innwa is by taking a horse-cart ride. You will visit Maha Aungmye Bonzan Kyaung, Bagaya Kyaung and Bagaya monastery.
Then, across Sagaing bridge and enjoy picturesque Sagaing Hill. Your sightseeing will continue to Soon U Ponya Shin Paya and U Min Thounzeh Pagoda in Sagaing. Finally, enjoy the sunset time at Sagaing Hill panoramic view. Return back to Mandalay and transfer to your hotel.

DAY 4: MANDALAY – BAGAN (Via MT. POPA)
After breakfast, leave Mandalay to reach Popa. There is no better vantage point than the terrace of Popa Mountain Resort, whence you can enjoy the most prestigious views of Popa, and mainly of Taungkalat itself. In the afternoon, you reach Bagan. En route, there will be possibilities for some short photo stops and one or other brief village visit along the main road. En route, shortly after passing Nyaung-U, stop for an interesting visit at “Paing” roadside shop. Late afternoon, upon arrival in downtown Bagan, transfer to your hotel for check-in.

DAY 5: BAGAN
Breakfast at hotel. Today Bagan sightseeing tour starts with the visit to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan. Stop at a popular lacquer ware workshops producing this most famous of Bagan handicrafts. Late afternoon, horse-cart bring you to half an hour to a sunset place, from which you can enjoy magnificent views over Bagan's vast temple area around sunset time. Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 6: BAGAN – HEHO – EXCURSION IN INLE LAKE
After breakfast, transfer to Nyaung U airport for departure to Heho. Transfer from Heho airport to your hotel for check-in. Next, visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. Afternoon, stop at several workshops on and around the lake such as a cheroot (Burmese cigar)-making workshop and a boatbuilding workshop. Finally, stop at Inn Paw Khon village and visit one of the many silk & lotus weaving workshops. Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 7: INLE LAKE – HIDDEN INDEIN
After breakfast, tour Kaylar village and Nga Phe Kyaung monastery. Early afternoon, travel by long-tail boat to the western shore of the lake. Disembark at Inndein jetty and visit the beautiful Alaung Sitthou area (Indein Temple Complex). Take time to explore the stupa complex itself. It’s also a great opportunity to take some exquisite photos of this unusual place. Return to your hotel late afternoon.

Overnight in Inle (Nyaung / Inle See)
DAY 8: HEHO - YANGON
After breakfast, transfer to Heho airport for departure flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Then, first visit Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market (closed on Mondays and public holidays). Then, drive to the heart of downtown Yangon. Visit and enjoy the sunset at the unforgettable Shwedagon Pagoda. Return to your hotel late afternoon.
